Mansfield Hospital reaches 100 placenta donations

The milestone means more than 2,500 healing grafts have been created to help patients in need. The hospitallaunched its program on September 19, 2023. Each donated placenta, which would typically be discarded, has the potential to create approximately 25 healing grafts. These grafts are used for a wide range of procedures involving eye, oral and spine surgery, and for the treatment of difficult-to-heal wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure ulcers and burns. A Legacy Lives: 1800s Bible donated to Danville United Methodist Church

Today, there is only one church from the original three open to the congregation, the church in Danville. However, a previous owner of the Brinkhaven church found a piece of that original legacy in the form of a Bible from the 1800s " and recently donated it to a new home. In 2018, Sheila and Dave Adams were moving to the Village of Brinkhaven area to be closer to their animal barn on Dodd Road, and ended up buying the former Methodist church there to live. Richland Chamber to create new economic development website

Catalyst Life Services & RCJFS launch 2025 Summer Youth Program
